At any time, you can log in to your Zane Benefits online account (login.zanebenefits.com) to see the status of your claim.
How to Check the Status of Your Claim
Your homepage shows an Account Dashboard, where recent claims will show under Pending, Approved or Rejected.
To view the details of the claim, click on the claim number.
The claim detail page will show what documentation (if any) is currently attached and what emails have been sent about the claim. This will help tell you what we need to approve the claim.
For a Detailed Look at All Claims
For a more detailed look at all claims, click on Main Menu > Account Activity > View Claims.
Claims will be listed by status (pending, approved or rejected). Click on claim number to view details of the claim.
Check Your Email for Updates
You will also receive emails when your claim is received, approved, if we have questions, or if the claim has been rejected.
