PeopleKeep is committed to offering the highest quality products to our customers. As such, we have decided to discontinue the Zane product lineup in 2020 in favor of the newest and most compliant Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) structures on our evolving PeopleKeep platform.
What will happen with my Zane account?

Q: How do I know when the account will close?
A: The account closure date is now one day before you were expecting to renew (e.g. a renewal date of February 1 would be an account closure date of January 31).

A: Your account closure date.
Q: What do I need to do to close out my account?
A: Nothing. PeopleKeep will handle everything necessary for account closure.
Q: How can I access reports for IRS purposes?
A: We recommend that you download copies of your annual reports for accounting purposes prior to your account closure date, however, we will email you with a confirmation of the account closure on the closure date with a link to download your document archive.
Q: Is there a runout period for submitting reimbursement requests that occur before my cancellation date, but don’t get submitted in time?
A: No. Your account will close on your account closure date. All reimbursement requests need to be submitted and verified for reimbursement by this date.
Q: What do I need to tell the beneficiaries of the benefit?
A: At the beginning of the last month of your Zane benefit, PeopleKeep will inform all employees enrolled in the benefit that their benefits will be ending on the account closure date. They will be encouraged to have all expenses submitted and verified prior to the account closure date.
